VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are compatible with their vehicle before purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@4x4haus.com with your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.

We will assess each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

This information helps us investigate the issue and, where applicable, lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

WARRANTY

Many products sold by 4x4 Haus are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods and coverage may vary between products and manufacturers.

If you believe a product has developed a fault during the warranty period, please contact us with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to assess the claim and determine the appropriate outcome.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
